Volume hiring and graduate campaigns

Tazio creates highly efficient recruitment processes that reduce hiring time, improve candidate quality, and engage candidates.

A new streamlined approach to volume hiring

We work with large employers such as the AA, Heathrow Airport, Thames Water and Unilever to create end to end hiring processes that quickly evaluate candidate’s skills and suitability. Whilst simultaneously engaging them and providing a clear insight into the role and the culture of the organisation.

Often described as "one experience assessments", these will generally combine a realistic job preview, usually in the form of videos, a situational judgement test (SJT), or values-based assessment, and an automated interview. The whole process typically takes candidates less than 30 minutes to complete.

You can then see how each candidate ranks on their skills and suitability, resulting in an overall fit score. Then, you can go straight to a conditional offer for those above a certain threshold.

Volume hiring is getting harder.

Recruiting for volume roles faces many challenges. There is increased competition for candidates, a lack of applicants with appropriate qualifications and experience, and many more.

So, how do you attract enough suitable candidates? Make your recruitment process simple yet still provide sufficient insight into the candidate's capabilities?

Today, candidates have numerous choices for entry-level roles. So, you need a frictionless recruitment process to attract sufficient numbers of candidates. At the same time, you need to filter and assess candidates' suitability for the role and fit with your corporate values.

Getting this tricky balance right is key to a successful volume recruitment campaign. Make the process too simple, and you'll be overwhelmed with unsuitable candidates. Too complex, and you'll deter many good candidates and find it harder to fill your quotas.
